HANDLING & FBO SERVICES

A true one-stop-shop at Oxford for all operational support

Oxford Airport provides through its Oxfordjet terminal all aircraft and passenger handling along with peripheral services such as fuel, valet and ground support services. There are no third party handling agents or fuelling companies operating at the airport. Accordingly, pilots and operators enjoy a true one-stop-shop at Oxford for all operational support. Oxford provides surprisingly comprehensive FBO (handling) services whilst landing, parking and handling fees are at ‘GA’ rates well below the London norms for business aviation.

The business aviation terminal at Oxford provides the latest, modern amenities for our private and executive aviation clients.

Charges are payable at the operations desk on arrival where applicable. Oxford accepts Amex, Visa and MasterCard along with Avcard (World Fuel Services), UV Air, Colt International,Multiservice and Air BP Sterling Card. All airport charges are available on the charges pages, however for all bookings, fuelling, services and reservations, please contact airport operations at:

Airport Services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Out of hours extensions by prior arrangement (06:00 – 23:59) – 7 days
  • Standard Fire & Rescue (RFF) cover at Cat 4, Cat 5 or 6 available on request
  • UKBA / (Customs/Immigration) Certificate of Agreement airport
  • Security Screening (UK DfT NASP approved) when required
  • Discreet, low-key escorted airside (apron) vehicle access with no notice
  • UK PET Travel Scheme compliance
  • Flight planning & weather services and assistance from ops desk
  • Ad-hoc hangarage, hard and grass parking
  • PCs and loaner laptop available in terminal – free Wi-Fi
  • Aircraft Valet (cabin & external), polishing and wash services
  • Toilet Service
  • Window Polishing (external contractor)
  • Systems replenishment including:
    Freon
    Oxygen
    Nitrogen
    Isopropyl Alcohol / TKS and other de-icing fluids
