Customer Services Representative (CSR) – Full Time

 

London Oxford Airport has a vacancy to join our established VIP FBO – Oxfordjet.

 

The CSR role, works on a shift rota, including weekends and bank holidays as part of the Terminal Front Desk Team. Duties will include all aspects of Customer Services including answering phones and emails in a busy environment. The tasks within this role also include escorting passengers and crew to and from aircraft, booking hotels, taxis and adhoc services and ensuring that the Terminal is well presented at all times.

 

You will be required to work as part of a team covering the operational day, on a shift basis which includes working weekends and bank holidays. As always, flexibility is required with the hours as at times, they may need to be altered to suit the needs of the Business.

 

The role is demanding and the successful candidate should be able to work under pressure and have the ability to prioritise whilst remaining calm and continuing to set a professional example. Applicants should also have an enthusiastic, willing personality with a sense of humour and the ability to work on their own initiative. Good communication skills combined with courtesy and integrity are essential. Good administration skills and computer literacy are also essential requirements.

 

You must have held a full, clean UK driving license for a minimum period of one year and have a five year checkable work history. You must also hold the right to live and work in the United Kingdom and have exceptional written and spoken English skills.
