Security Requirements for ALL airline passengers:

Car Parking Airline passenger car parking is provided in car parks ‘Y’ or ‘J’, directions for which will be given on arrival at the security gate or see site plan here (pdf - 301KB). *It is recommended that fellow passengers and bags/luggage be dropped off first if preferred at the terminal entrance, then vehicle and driver can return to ‘Y’ or ‘J’ car parks. Parking is £25 per week and must be made before midnight on the first day of arrival. Payment on day of arrival (must be before midnight): Call +44 (0)141 404 000 and enter upon prompts - the parking site code (4380), your vehicle registration and your credit/debit card details or Payment in advance: Call Airport Customer Services on +44(0)1865 290 600 and have ready all details including dates of travel, vehicle registration to be used and credit/debit card details *Note: No baggage trolleys are available in the passenger/visitor car parks, ‘J’ & ‘Y’ which are 2 minutes walk (250m) from the terminal building. Taxis at Oxford Airport On return to Oxford Airport, local taxis can be called by our Customer Services team on your behalf or pre-arranged in advance (recommended) call Customer Services on +44 (0)1865 290 600 or e-mail customerservices@oxfordairport.co.uk. Details of all local taxi, chauffeur or hire car companies can be seen here. Car Rental Arrangements can be made for pick-up or drop-off of hire cars in advance with a number of local companies including Hertz, Enterprise-Rent-A-Car and Thames Valley Rentals (TVR) see contact details here. Keys should be left with the terminal reception (check-in desk). Enterprise-Rent-A-Car have an on-site office at London Oxford Airport opposite the terminal entrance.
Café, bar and shop - is located to the side of the terminal (50 metres from terminal front entrance) serving all usual refreshments and selling newspapers, magazines and other supplies. Terminal staff will call for passengers who are in the café/bar in time for security screening prior to the flight. Disabled passenger and baby change facilities are found close to the reception/check-in desk. Main (reception) lounge - once checked in, passengers can use the Oxford Lounge, adjacent to the main reception area if not in the bar/café. Boarding lounge - following screening, passengers will be using the Vitesse Lounge prior to boarding the flight. Only limited refreshments (tea, coffee) are available in this area via pay vending facilities. |
