Private flyers can rent aircraft for personal use, recreation and hours-building off a number of operators on the airport, namely Oxford Aviation Academy (formerly OAT), LA Flying Club, Pilot Flight Training (PFT) while the teamEurostar microlight is available for hire from FlyCB Limited.

In Oxford Aviation Academy’s case, once becoming either a Blue, Silver or Gold member of Oxford Aviation Academy, one can use the following aircraft from the school fleet of over 50 aircraft at the rates shown:

Oxford Aviation Academy members have access to their facilities and a wide range of on-line and customer services to help plan and organise your flight. You will be able to gain access to the Instrument Flight Training Centre and be entitled to use their lounge and planning facilities. Membership will also enable you to benefit from their FlightSkills™ rewards scheme where Skill Points™ can be redeemed against training courses with the school. Dependant on membership type, landing fees are payable at a discount on normal rates.
