Oxford - Edinburgh Flights 
– STOP PRESS – 8th March - Flights for Edinburgh have been suspended at this time. Varsity Express is no longer in operation. Further news relating to the reinstatement of the service with another carrier will be posted here shortly.
London Oxford Airport will commence its first ever daily scheduled services to and from Edinburgh, commencing Monday 1st March 2010 and each weekday thereafter. Varsity Express will operate the service initially using the 18-seat British Aerospace Jetstream 31 aircraft. Varsity offers a ‘full frills’ service with refreshments and cabin attendant service. Costs start from £49 each way lead-in fares and from £149 for fully flexible fares. Actual flight times will typically be 75 minutes versus an average of 6 hours on the train.
