The airport now has its own large scale catering kitchen facilities run in partnership with The Menu Guru who also run the new airport Café – The Aviation Station

With decades of experience in the field of executive and VIP inflight catering, the team and chefs at the airport can provide menu choices to suit all tastes and budgets and crucially with on-site facilities, often at very short notice, seven days.

Third party aircraft catering however is often procured and/or handled by our FBO (terminal) team for all visiting aircraft, with large refrigeration facilities in the FBO itself.

Wine Cellar @ London Oxford Airport

London Oxford Airport is licensed to sell alcohol to our users. In partnership with renowned London and Cotswolds-based wine merchants, Haynes Hanson & Clark we can precure world-class wines and spirits, in particular the very finest Burgundy and Claret wines, their speciality.

If not in stock within the terminal, their significant Eynsham warehouse is just minutes away.   Enquire at our Customer Services desk for some specific ready-to-drink recommendations which will be updated from time to time.

Aircraft Cabin Supplies

The airport holds a variety of supplies in stock for those last-minute needs of crew and cabin attendants, in particular cleaning and hygiene-related needs.   If not in stock, we will acquire immediately from local retailers in Kidlington or Woodstock (5 mins away) for you – just ask.

Since 2020 we have also held stocks of qRT-PCR self-testing kits (for lab-originated analysis with 24 hr results) and Lateral Flow Test kits for CV-19.
