Air Traffic Control Assistant (ATCA)
Job Description:
As an Air Traffic Control Assistant (ATCA) at Oxford Airport, you’ll play a crucial role working alongside our Air Traffic Controllers to support the safe and efficient movement of aircraft across the airport and in the surrounding airspace.
An ATCA has a varied operational role, combining air traffic control support, flight bookings, radio and telephone communications, meteorology and interdepartmental coordination.
You will spend time in both the Visual Control Room (VCR – Tower) and the Approach Control Room (ACR – Radar). You will be fully trained in all aspects of an ATCA’s role. Salary: – TBD
Hours: – Full time, 40 hours per week, attractive 4 days on / 2 days off roster. Shifts vary between 0600-2300 including weekends and public holidays.
