Oxford city-destined and originated bus services run weekdays from early morning to mid-evening and at weekends usually normal day-time hours. Services range from 15-25 mins into/from the city. The Oxford Bus Company or Stagecoach Route 2 services drop-off/pick-up at the entrance of the airport (The Boulevard), a three minute walk to the terminal. Route 2 starts/terminates at Bus Stop C1 on Magdalen Street in central Oxford city.
Alternatively, Oxford Bus Company Route 500 stops along Langford Lane, next to the airport (5 mins walk to the terminal), which originates from and goes to the Oxford City Rail Station, Oxford City Bus Station, Oxford Parkway Rail Station and Bus Stop C3 in Magdalen Street in the city centre. To the north, Route 500 continues on into Woodstock (for Blenheim Palace).
Lastly, Stagecoach Route 7 also drops off/picks up on Langford Lane, next to the airport, originating from Oxford City Bus Station, George Street (Bus Stop B2), Magdalen Street (Bus Stop C3). This service continues north to Woodstock (for Blenheim Palace).
There are well over 100 buses running 24 hrs between central London and Oxford city every day, every 10 minutes during the day, for typically £10 (return).
